"Do I have to be taking drugs to use the service?"

NO. The service is freely available to everyone in the Island whether you are a drug user or not. You may be a family member or friend who needs support and information in coping with another’s use. You may just want an informal chat or up to date information on drugs.

"I’m worried my child might be using drugs"

If you think or know your child is using drugs it’s difficult to know what to do or how to handle the situation. You don’t have to cope on your own, email or call to arrange a time to pop in for an informal chat over a cuppa.

"I’m not sure if I can stop using drugs on my own"

Any lifestyle change is difficult but we’re here to support you all the way in making decisions that are important to YOU – no strings attached. If you want to discuss your drug use, get in touch by email, phone or write to us.

"
I don’t want to stop using drugs but I’m having some problems and need some advice."

That’s fine. We’re not here to judge anyone about their drug use. Just phone, email or write to us. We will do our best to help you or may be able to refer you to another agency if you feel it would help.

"Is your service confidential?"

YES. We know this is a small Island and the staff are very committed to ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. Feel free to ask for a copy of our confidentiality policy.
